This document is a broad level specification
document for the TRAVEL AGENT EXUCTIVE module
of our Travel Agency Manager software package.
Super Travel Agent
Super Travel Agent is a simple
to operate desktop application that enables
call handling executive to perform their tasks
at fast speed. The application is designed to
integrate with leading travel related XML distribution
systems and Global Distribution Systems. Super Travel Agent system make use of data caching to deliver
high speed searches in parallel.
Super Travel Agent is designed according to the needs
of a travel executive who cannot afford to put
the customer on hold for long. Super Travel Agent reduces
the response time of a call handling agent by
as much as 1500% as compared to a web based
system.
